Who we are
Envoy Labs, Inc. (“Envoy”, “we”) provides AI agents that complete work inside business tools. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the choices you have. Replace this template text with your own policy reviewed by counsel.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, work email, company), workspace configuration, and the content our agents process on your behalf to complete runs. We also collect basic product analytics such as page views and feature usage.
How we use data
To operate and secure the service, complete the runs you request, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data and we never use customer content to train shared models.
Retention
Run content is retained for the audit period on your plan (30 days, 90 days or one year) and then deleted. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a short period afterwards to meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can access, export, correct or delete your data from workspace settings, or by emailing privacy@envoy.ai. EU and UK residents may also contact their local supervisory authority.
